- Use the online modules to coach and develop beginning teachers.
- Identify one module to work on at a time. Beginning teachers complete the module, including live or videotaped practice that is sent to you for feedback. After providing feedback, observe the teacher and provide follow-up coaching.听
- During observations and feedback, use the 鈥淥bserving in Classrooms: A Guide for Mentors鈥 document to identify success points and impact for teachers. Also refer to the Start Here guide for common pitfalls when implementing techniques.
