2016 Small Numbers Analysis Flowcharts describe the process and methodology of small-numbers analysis, combining current-year and prior-year results to determine the performance index outcomes for small districts and campuses. Small-numbers analysis is used when the accountability results do not meet the current-year minimum-size requirements for a performance index.
