Teacher Leadership Fellowship
Overview
The 91Èȱ¬ Teacher Leadership Fellowship (TLF) is a highly selective two-year fellowship designed to strengthen teacher leadership pathways at the state-level and increase meaningful opportunities for teachers to shape the profession.
The TLF meets virtually once a month. In the monthly meetings, fellows engage with educators across the state as well as 91Èȱ¬ leadership to provide input on strategic initiatives. Additionally, fellows receive leadership training on skills aligned to teacher leadership competencies.
Application Process
Teachers interested in the 2025-2026 fellowship should submit their by Tuesday, March 4th. To be eligible for the program, teacher applicants must be currently serving as a certified Texas teacher, have a minimum of 2 years teaching experience, and plan to remain in a classroom teaching role for the 2025-2026 school year.
